Linda Kinney, Senior Advisor & Board Member

Linda Kinney is valued as a senior advisor and board member with a global vision who identifies industry trends and positions organizations for long-term growth.   

While working in the federal government, Linda played a key role deregulating the telecom industry, facilitating the world’s first wireless spectrum auction, and developing the federal government’s smart cities initiative.  She was selected to serve as a member of the Senior Executive Service (SES), the top level of career civil service leadership. 

As the head of Product Regulatory and ESG Legal at Intel Corp., Linda advised senior executives on sustainable business practices and navigated emerging environmental, social, governance (ESG) regulations. She also led a cross-functional, matrixed team responsible for global product regulatory compliance. 

Previously, Linda served as Deputy General Counsel of the Motion Picture Association and head of the Washington, DC office of Dish Network.   

Linda is currently a board member of several private and nonprofit organizations, including Civica Initiatives.  

Linda is a graduate of Vassar College, attended the London School of Economics, and received her law degree from the University of Virginia.
