Joni Reicher is an accomplished human resources executive and employment counsel with proven leadership expertise. Joni had successful careers at Hewlett-Packard, Agilent, Airbnb, Mesosphere and Apple.  She’s also provided consulting and advisory services to several Silicon Valley startups.  

Joni started her legal career at Graham & James, a nationally recognized law firm headquartered in San Francisco and later joined Littler Mendelson, one of the country’s premier labor and employment law firms. Joni transitioned her career to startup environments, leading and growing Airbnb and Mesosphere’s talent and human resources organizations, working side by side with their leaders and board members. Joni played several key leadership roles at different times during her Apple career, including leading its global labor and employment law function, its human resources business partners team along with the international compensation, benefits and recruiting teams, and the worldwide Employee Experience and Employee Relations team. 

Joni is a graduate of the University of Oregon and received her law degree from the University of San Francisco. She grew up in Montana.
