Meet Ilir Zherka, Civica CEO
Ilir Zherka is the Founder and CEO of Civica, a government relations and public affairs firm. From advocating for the United States to intervene in the Kosovo War to helping Washington, DC achieve budget autonomy, Ilir has real world experience leading advocacy campaigns.
Ilir has worked in the U.S. Congress, on presidential campaigns, and as a political appointee. He has also served as the executive director of four organizations. Ilir is the author of Winning the Inside Game: The Handbook of Advocacy Strategies.
